November 5, 2025 – Lumina Corps today announced the merger of CommunicateHealth into its operations, uniting two respected women-owned small businesses with deep expertise in health and science communications. The combined organization will operate under the Lumina Corps name and brand. 

This merger expands Lumina Corps’ capabilities and enhances the creative, strategic, and technical expertise the integrated team delivers to clients—including the nation’s leading public health and science agencies, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations. Together, Lumina and CommunicateHealth will continue their shared mission: to improve lives by transforming complex health information into clear, actionable communication that drives positive behavior change.
