A team led by the White House Domestic Policy Council, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and Department of Health and Human Services, sought to organize the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health to galvanize action from both public and private-sector advocates around its National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. This historic gathering in Washington, DC, brought together more than 600 stakeholders, from anti-hunger advocates to government officials, under the leadership of President Biden and key Cabinet members, to forge a united front against hunger and health disparities.
